Help children/youth learn what the prophets have told us about a special commandment God wants us to follow—the WORD OF WISDOM (found in Doctrine and Covenants 89). This revelation was given to the Prophet Joseph Smith to help us live God’s law of health. We are warned of harmful things not to take into our body as well as what to eat and do to stay healthy.
